I happened to stumble upon this amazing looking custom made Fallout 3 figure on Kotaku. According to Kotaku, this custom made figure was made by a master craftsman, Jin Saotome. Jin is known for his gaming-related works who previously made figures such as Halo3 Master Chief, Helghast figure from the Killzone universe and Gordon Freeman of the Half Life series.
